The Beginner's Guide
to Hitting Your Stride is a 7 week program that
leads up to running a full 5k! It is designed to
help those who simply want to finish a 5k or those
who would like to improve their time.
The program includes
4 routes that build up to the actual race distance
and route of the Breast Cancer Awareness of Darke
County 5K. Simply follow the plan showing which
routes to run during each of the 7 weeks.
